You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details, plus a link to a quick intake form so I know exactly what to focus on during our call.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Absolutely. You can reschedule your session anytime up to 24 hours before your booking using the link in your confirmation email.

Will I get notes or a replay from the call?

Yes. After your session, I’ll send over a short written summary with key takeaways, next steps, and any links or tools we discussed.


That way, you can stay present during the call and reference everything later.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes. All calls are recorded for your personal reference unless otherwise noted.

Right now, coaching calls are booked one at a time — I don’t offer packages (yet!).
