All content provided — including niche research, titles, tags, prompts, templates, tutorials, and strategy guides — is the sole intellectual property of Thrive With Dania.

You are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only.

Violation of these terms may result in the termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

4. Subscription & Cancelation

If your product includes a recurring subscription (such as monthly access to The DFY Niche Club), you may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

• Cancelation will stop future charges

• You will retain access through the end of your current billing period

• Canceling does not trigger a refund

5. Content Delivery & Updates

New content inside The DFY Niche Club is generally released on a weekly basis. We reserve the right to modify content delivery schedules, update past materials, or reorganize platform content as needed for quality and performance.
